Seen throughout the last few years on the mid-top counterpart, the two-tone color Nike Shoes arrangement complements the silhouette’s vintage aesthetic well. Profile swooshes and “NIKE” branding on the heel indulge in “Black,” while the rest of the leather upper boasts a clean, timeless “White” scheme. Suede reinforcement at the toe tip and lateral forefoot interrupt the pristine composition with their light grey makeup, which further delivers old school flair. Sole units and exposed foam tongues, however, overshadow ever component on the vintage end as they both sport slight yellowing.
As with previous iterations of the seemingly de-constructed silhouette, a robust New Release tumbled leather takes over the pair’s base construction. Suede overlays enter the mix across the forefoot, with paneling directly on the tip of the toe indulging in a rich purple hue; profile swooshes also boast the historically-regal hue, with medial sides donning it on its standard logo. Most of the Blazer Mid-variant’s remainder reverts to shades of white, but detailing across the foam tongue deliver familiar yellow contrast. Underfoot, outsoles round out the arrangement in light gum brown.
Done in an official color scheme listed as White and Team Red, this Nike Blazer Low LX Brown Flax starts off with an all-White leather upper that paired up Grey with suede overlays up front. The vast majority of the color on the shoe comes by way of the Team Red hits noted on the leather overlays found on the heel tab and Swoosh branding. Finishing details on the shoe include the White laces, exposed foam tongues, Black “NIKE” branding on the heel tabs and Sail rubber sole.
Akin to a previously-surfaced Running Shoes with similar design features, the forthcoming pair indulges in a simply “White/Sail/Black” palette across its upper and sole unit. Profile swooshes and branded heel panels don stark contrast, while their surroundings keep things simple. An aged aesthetic further separates the aforementioned overlays from the rest of the upper, but they’re easily overshadowed by the colorful blots that appear from toe tip to spine. Like the Blazer Mid counterpart also posed to arrive with the playful collection, this low-top option nods to its ’70s-debut with an exposed foam tongue.
